Geoplex Wireline Production Neutron Services uses essentially a combinable Telemetry system to provide neutron services combinable with most of our production services. We are therefore able to provide our clients with real-time combined neutron and well production data with a single safe trip in hole.

Expendable Perforating guns

The expendable guns are especially useful in perforating producing wells where re-perforation of existing zones or new zone perforation is required without the expensive work-over process of “killing” the well and pulling of production tubing. The Geoplex-Wireline “Expender” guns are designed for minimal debris left in the well as the charge materials are designed to disintegrate and whatever is left of them after perforation falls to the bottom of the well. The flexible carriers are pulled out of the well thereby reducing further debris. The “Expender” comes in either 0 or multi-phase charge configuration.

These are especially designed for through tubing perforation where debris after perforation is of concern.  Almost all the debris stayed in the through tubing carrier and retrieved after perforation.

Tubing Punchers

Work-over operations sometimes require punching holes through tubing for pressure equalisation and fluid circulation. The Geoplex-Wireline Tubing Punchers are optimally designed to accomplish this while at the same time ensure that the surrounding tubing/casing are not damaged. This is accomplished through imperical determination of the charge explosive weight compared to the tubing thickness that require punching.

Through Tubing Plugs and Packer Setting Tool

The through tubing setting tool is a hydraulic tool designed to permit running Plugs and Packers without the need of expensive work-over operation.  The through tubing plugs and Packers come in sizes that will allow them to be run through the completion. Once the set depth is determined and correlated, the setting tool is initiated to start the setting process by delivering the required hydraulic power to set the highly compact plug or packer.

Casing guns

The Geoplex-Wireline casing guns are based on Owen Tool RAPTOR and the PHANTOM perforating systems. The RAPTOR system is known as the most advance perforating technology that give a high productivity by providing the deepest penetration, according to API data, with clean perforated tunnels.

The PHANTOM system is ideally designed for Gravel Pack or Frac Pack applications. The system uses the patented Pfinodal non-Carrot charge Liner technology that produces no slugging. The Pfinodal is the first Copper/Nickel based big hole line material existing in the industry. The charge case is made of zinc material, which ensures no debris is left in hole.

Pipe Recovery

Pipe recovery operations are usually the clients' last resort and hope of recovering stuck pipes, tubings or casings. It is therefore important that the recovery technique must be reliable, proven and efficient. Geoplex-Wireline pipe recovery technique is based on OwenTools devices including the Spit Shot, J-Series Jet Cutters, Dual-End Colliding Severing Tools and Circulating Perforators (Punchers). These devices are designed to maximise performance, at the same time minimise the damage to the tubulars, thereby making further fishing attempts easier. They are proven as the Industry's Choice.

Casing Patch

Casing Patch technique is designed is designed to resolve undesired Formation-Wellbore fluid communications caused either due to redundant perforations, casing damage due to splits, corrosion and/or leaks of all types. Geoplex-Wireline uses the Owen Oil Tools X-Span Casing Patch Systems. The Patch is applicable to all types of tubulars and sizes, and can be run in any type of wells including horizontal, multi-lateral, slim hole, monobore or geothermal.

The Patch is permanent and strong enough to allow all types of Wellbore operations such as trips, Logging passes, Coil Tubing operations and Perforating Systems. The system can be conveyed on Electric Wireline, Slickline, Tubing, Drillpipe or Coil Tubing in either under-balanced or over-balanced Wellbore conditions.
